Travel and process
From Hanau we reach any site in Hesse the same day: Frankfurt and Offenbach in under thirty minutes, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt and Gießen in about an hour, Kassel and Fulda within a normal drive. No separate travel costs apply within Hesse.
A shooting day starts early, because the morning light is best. We agree in advance with your site management which trades are working when. The most common reason for a wasted day is not the weather. It is a site where nobody is doing what was meant to be shown.

Let’s get goingDo you travel to northern Hesse, or only work in the Rhine-Main area?
Both. Kassel, Fulda and the Werra-Meißner district are normal day trips from Hanau. Where several locations are involved, we group them into consecutive days rather than travelling twice. That saves you cost and us driving time.
We are planning a Frankfurt high-rise. Are you allowed to film on the site?
On sites with strict access rules we arrange safety briefings, PPE and permits with the site management beforehand. That is routine. One thing matters early: large parts of Frankfurt lie inside the airport’s control zone. Drone flights need approval there and are sometimes impossible. Then we plan the visual concept without aerials from the start.
How do you show building services without it looking like an advert?
With building services and electrical design that is the actual job. A switchgear room in a Rhine-Main data centre is visually unremarkable at first. What makes it interesting is what it does, and the people who planned and built it. So we work with detail shots and people’s own words, not voice-over.
What does a corporate film cost for an architecture or engineering practice in Hesse?
The large majority of our construction projects sit in the mid four-figure to low five-figure range. What drives it is the number of shooting days and how many formats one production should yield. We give you the range in the first conversation, before any documents.
