Fachwerk Bruchköbel
To sell a property in Bruchköbel, our client needed high-quality images to market this beautiful house — a building whose layout is something special both inside and out.
The Challenge
Because the sale was to go ahead quickly, we found a production date at short notice and delivered the whole project — from the initial enquiry to sending out the finished, fully developed images — within two days, so the property could go to market. The goal we set ourselves was to capture the modern yet cosy feel of this roughly 100-square-metre half-timbered house.
Our Solution
In discussion with the client we opted for a bright, wide-angle aesthetic that does justice to the way the property feels »in person« and gives potential buyers an authentic impression of both its size and its sense of space.
The Result
The result is 55 high-resolution photographs of this roughly 100-square-metre property, bringing out every one of its highlights so that potential buyers get the best possible impression before the viewing. Within a few days the property could be taken off the market again, because enough new prospective buyers had come forward. Goal achieved.
